The HealthAlliance system includes a hospital with services on two campuses in Leominster and Fitchburg, a regional cancer center, complementary care center, outpatient physical therapy centers, a home health and hospice agency, and primary and specialty care physician practices.

HealthAlliance Hospital is accredited by the Joint Commission, and is designated as a Primary Stroke Service by the Massachusetts Department of Public Health. Our Burbank Rehabilitation Center is accredited by the Rehabilitation Accreditation Commission.
