Ethan Chen, owner of Koto Steak House came to America at only 18 years old.  Being raised in China among honest, hard working, modest people, he was inspired to create a restaurant that provides all the exquisite and authentic taste of the orient at a fair and reasonable cost to his customers.  His restaurant, which features a Sushi Bar, Dining Room and Hibachi, offer a healthy eating alternative to the people of Northern RI.
